Having completed Metallurgical Engineering from the reputed National Institute of Technology-Karnataka, he has worked in the field of Metallurgy for over 20 years and held responsible positions in companies like Mahindra and Toyota. He is experienced in Commercial Heat Treatment Process and it's Quality Control, Failure Analysis, Furnace Manufacturing, Conducting Supplier/ Special Process Audits and is certified Six Sigma Black Belt from American Society for Quality. He has already trained more than 200 non Metallurgy Professionals.
